Bright and open young family home at Corrimal

Designed by JIH building designs in Shellharbour, it features a space conscious but intelligent layout that's perfectly suited to the young family it was custom designed for.

Building up off the ground was important due the flood prone location - a common issue in the Wollongong area, and next to an old gun tree that needed to be preserved; but both issues were able to be solved through good design and practical building advise to avoid excessive additional costs to the owners.
